 Automobile and Other Third Party Liability Insurance

 

Our office accepts assignment on third party liability claims such as automobile accidents or other personal injuries.  In order for our office to accept assignment we require the auto accident report, valid liability insurance information, including claim number and claim adjuster contact information, on the initial date of service.
